Keep 100 Percent On Most Deals
On most houses you sell, you keep 100 percent of your commission. At closing, you just pay a flat $395 to the brokerage. If the sales price is $300,000 or higher, that fee is $495.
That is it. No guessing, no sliding scale, and we are not a discount broker. You charge your worth.
Hit The Cap, Keep The Rest
Once you have paid in $12,000 to iXL for the year, you are capped. After that, every qualifying closing is 100 percent to you, with only the same small transaction fee.
The more you sell, the more you keep in your bank account, not someone else’s.
