As a lifelong native of Mobile, Alabama, Erica brings a deep knowledge and a genuine love for the Gulf Coast community to every client relationship. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as a loan originator, Erica offers a unique perspective that helps buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
In addition to her background in lending, she co-owns a real estate investment company with her husband, where they actively manage properties and understand firsthand what it takes to build and maintain successful investments. Erica also personally manages their rental property on Dauphin Island, giving her valuable insight into both long-term and vacation rental markets.
Her faith is central to who she is, and she strives to conduct every aspect of her business with honesty, transparency, consistency, and integrity. Erica believes in building lasting relationships and guiding her clients with care, respect, and clear communication.
Family is at the heart of everything she does. She and her husband have been married for 21 years and are the proud parents of their two beautiful children. Their son is a senior in high school and will be graduating from Faith Academy with honors this year. He also plays on the varsity soccer team. Their daughter is their little miracle - she was born a micro preemie and spent 5 months in the NICU at USA Women's and Children's hospital. Her strength continues to inspire them every day.
When Erica is not working with clients you can usually find her bike riding around the island, or out on the water boating, fishing, or diving - making the most of the beautiful coastal lifestyle she loves to share with others.
