Annette "Nettie" Barnett is a real estate agent serving the Mobile area with iXL Real Estate.  She is known for her attention to detail in handling her clients' needs.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Annette worked as a paralegal and as a court reporter, where she gained a unique perspective and knowledge of property law and the real estate industry.  This knowledge alerted her to the issues that can arise during a real estate transaction, which she keeps top of mind as she assists buyers and sellers. 

She is passionate about providing customers with ethical and competent service.  As she puts it, "My goal is to seamlessly guide them through the process from start to finish.  These transactions can be stressful, so I make it a point to keep the customer informed every step of the way.  If we can also share some laughs and have a little fun along the way, that's even better."

When she isn't working on her real estate business, Annette enjoys spending time with her husband, three stepchildren, and her Shih Tzu, Classy.  You can often find her tending to her flower garden.  She also enjoys interior design and decorating, DIY projects, baking treats for her family, and is a certified National Weather Service SKYWARN spotter.
