The house has recently been renovated on the inside and has all new kitchen appliances, new carpet, and newly installed granite counters in the bathrooms/kitchen. The electrical system has been upgraded with an additional 200 amp panel 10 additional outlets for those that would like to have a work shop. The front lawn has just been plugged with zoysia grass after having mixed in 6 inches of compost to ensure long term sustainability. The turf should completely fill in this year.
